This year’s Lenten theme is entitled ‘When I survey … Christ’s cross and ours’. The course will be incorporated into our home groups which meet weekly or fortnightly. Our next building development fundraising event will be on 27th June when the Harrogate Band are joining us at our 11 o’clock morning service when we will be singing favourite hymns chosen by the congregation. At the end of May Archbishop Sentamu visited St Peter’s as part of his two day visit to the Diocese. He enjoyed a buffet supper with us and met people involved in new kinds of ministry and fresh expressions of church.
