Repairs and cleaning to the church tower December 2009
The scaffolding which is currently around both the tower and the main body of the church is concealing repair work to worn stones which have now been replaced, re-pointing work, and exterior stone cleaning. We hope that the whole building will be restored and cleaned by May 2010.

Our next building development fundraising event will be on 27th June when the Harrogate Band are joining us at our 11 o’clock morning service when we will be singing favourite hymns chosen by the congregation. At the end of May Archbishop Sentamu visited St Peter’s as part of his two day visit to the Diocese. He enjoyed a buffet supper with us and met people involved in new kinds of ministry and fresh expressions of church.
